In Philippines, many companies can be seen everywhere. This is a good sign that our country is economically progressing, and people are getting jobs. But it makes me sad to hear news of some companies who take advantage of their employees. I
f you want to have a long term or lifetime career, then you must work or find a good company that takes care of the employees welfare.
So what are the qualities of a good company? Let me list down the following qualities of a good company:
There is always a smile on their face every time they are asked about their company.
Second. they reward employees not only for their good performance, but also their loyalty to the company.
Third, they have company rules and regulations to protect the employees, and to promote employees’ productivity.
Fourth, a good company gives good compensation packages and incentives to their employees. Our government mandates that a company must provide benefits to its employees. Some of the benefits are 13th month pay, Philhealth, SSS, Pagibig etc.
They listen to their employees feelings and sentiments. A good company give their employees a chance to express themselves about the company’s policies, or some other concerns that can affect the work of every employees. A bad company does not listen and is totally totalitarian by dictating orders to their employees.
